Dentures- a prosthesis that replaces all the teeth in the dental arch. A full denture is commonly supported by gum tissue, but here mini implants were used to support and retain the denture. This resulted in improved function. Also notice how a more pleasing, natural smile was achieved by repositioning the teeth so that less gum shows with a broad smile.
